  • Never underestimate the power of improving YOUR customer experience for disabled people, their friends and families. We know first-hand, that brand loyalty, repeat visits and many recommendations come from creating a great experience for disabled guests. Therefore, we were proud to be a Sector Partner for Purple Tuesday 2020 to demonstrate our commitments to our disabled customers. If you only make one resolution this year – make it YOUR BUSINESS to be accessible and tap into a market worth more than £274 billion.

  • SHL is proud to be partnering with Purple, recognising that neurodiversity and disability are vital and often missing parts of corporate inclusion. Together, we are working towards providing a better, more inclusive, and accessible experience across each product and solution we offer, which includes everything from recruiting to developing talent. Purple enables SHL and our customers with the tools needed to achieve our mission of maximizing the potential of our greatest asset — our people!

  • “Cura have worked with Purple and have participated in Purple Tuesday for a number of years, and it is something that the whole team is incredibly proud to support. Making sure that your organisation is accessible to the disabled community is the right thing to do, and it opens you up to a whole new customer making you stand out from the crowd.”

  • We are committed to ensuring equity of opportunity for all of our employees and ensuring the services we offer are accessible to all. Purple Tuesday provided us with an opportunity to raise awareness of different types of disability and challenge misconceptions. It’s estimated that 19% of people have a disability yet disclosure remains a challenge. As a Disability Confident employer we are striving to create an environment where employees feel confident and sufficiently supported to declare their disability so we can address any barriers to employment and progression. We look forward to continuing our work in this area in the coming year.
